We are a modern-style Italian restaurant, following on the steps of our other premises. Sixteen years on we are reaching the other side of town with our friendly service and lively atmosphere. Our large portions are the talk of the town and satisfy both, single diners and large groups of up to 80 people. We are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, including holidays. We are located within minutes walk from Bournemouth Square at the Triangle. We look forward to sharing our passion for good food and service with you, and welcome you as our guests. Ristorante La Piazza is large and modern on the outside, and equally so on the in. With enough space for 100 plus diners, and an underfloor-heated terrace outside, one of the newest Italian eateries to grace Bournemouth’s town centre offers a welcoming environment in which to eat real Italian food. RISTORANTE La Piazza looks welcoming from the outside, with a wide, bright frontage, including a covered outdoor dining area (with underfloor heating). (…) On our visit, couples on romantic dates mixed quite happily with a small hen party and a few family groups – so that ticked the “lively” box. The waiting staff were indeed “friendly”, and very helpful and efficient too. As for the “tasty food” pledge, well, we’re talking a triple whammy here. And not only was the food delicious, there was plenty of it. (…) With something for all tastes and budgets, and to suit any occasion, La Piazza looks set to be a valuable addition to the Bournemouth town centre experience.
Candlelight and a subtle soundtrack of Italian music helped to create a feeling of escapism, while friendly staff offered smiling, helpful service throughout our meal. Reasonable prices (main courses range from £10 to £25), ample portions and quality Italian cuisine – Ristorante La Piazza has got the Italian-restaurant experience down to a fine art.
